He started his career as a financial analyst at Sodexho Inc. in the USA and continued his career at Hrvatski Telekom, where he was responsible for corporate finance and strategic planning within the T-HT Group.
Since 2010, he has been running his own business Grubišić & Partners, a business and financial consultancy. He has also been a lecturer at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management for several years, where he lectures in the field of business finance and financial management. His lectures are known for their clear and in-depth approach, offering participants concrete solutions and insights into the complex world of finance.

Stephan Bogner, CEO of Elementum International AG, is a leading precious metals and capital markets analyst and expert with more than 20 years of experience in natural resource exploration and investing. He started his academic career at the International School of Management in Dortmund, where he was impressed by Professor Bocker's lectures on monetary systems, which led to his diploma thesis on gold as a hedge against inflation and economic risks.
His extensive business experience includes working in Dubai, where he set up companies advising mining companies and trading raw materials. Bogner's expertise includes the analysis of exploration and mining companies and the management of precious metals storage at high-security facilities in the St. Gotthard mountains of Switzerland.
With more than a decade of living in Switzerland, he regularly publishes articles on global economic circumstances, currencies and the natural resources market, in both German and English. Prof. Dr. Šime Ivanjko is a distinguished legal expert, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Croatia in Slovenia and Professor Emeritus with an outstanding contribution to the development of legal education in Slovenia. He was the Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Maribor (2003-2007) and one of the initiators of the establishment of the University of Maribor, where he held the position of Vice-Rector.
He co-founded the first private insurance companies in Slovenia and Croatia and several important legal and research institutes. He contributed to the drafting of legislation in the field of commercial law and served as President of the Styrian Chamber of Commerce and the Court of Honour of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He received the Golden Badge of the University of Maribor for his outstanding achievements and the development of the university.
His long-standing work also includes the founding of the Institute of Insurance and Law in Maribor and his role as Editor-in-Chief of several professional publications.

Professor Danica Purg is the founder and Dean of IEDC – Bled Business School in Slovenia and the President of CEEMAN, which brings together 200 business schools from 50 countries. As a professor of management at IEDC, her innovative approach draws inspiration from the arts and other disciplines. She has authored and co-authored several books and numerous articles on leadership topics and is a frequent guest lecturer at universities around the world and at international conferences. Professor Purg has received numerous awards for her work in the field of international management and has been awarded several honorary doctorates, most recently from the University of Wollongong in Australia, and two honorary professorships.
Mojca Gornjak – Director of Financial Accounting at ANDERSEN Slovenia. Expert in accounting, finance and tax, forensic investigations in finance and accounting and sustainability reporting.
Dr. Mojca Gornjak is an experienced expert in accounting and finance, as well as in forensic investigations in accounting and finance. Recently, she has been advising on the European Sustainability Reporting Standards.
She holds a PhD and is a habilitated assistant professor in economics. Her research interests include International Financial Reporting Standards, Slovenian Accounting Standards, management accounting, knowledge management, tax and finance. She lectures at various faculties and imparts knowledge in finance, tax and accounting to students. She holds the title of Certified Fraud Investigator in Finance and Accounting from the School of Accounting and Finance.
Her main areas of work include forensic accounting, advising on International Financial Reporting Standards and/or Slovenian Accounting Standards, VAT, income tax, corporate income tax, and sustainability reporting. As a member of management she has been in charge of both finance and accounting functions in various financial institutions (brokerage, banking, pensions, insurance) and has led projects on the implementation of new accounting standards in practice (IFRS 9 Financial Investments, IFRS 16 Leases) and on sustainability reporting. In her work, she combines theoretical knowledge from academia with practical knowledge from the financial industry. Experience and expertise with a deep understanding of how companies operate is an added value when advising clients.
